CJ 301 - Criminal Procedure This course focuses on an historical evaluation of the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments and the use of making rights prescribed under the Bill of Rights applicable to the individual states. Inherent problems are detailed as the Constitution applies to police practices, illegal search and seizure, and right to counsel. Precedents are studied for the conclusions reached.
