POL 240 - American Foreign Policy

Surveys and critically examines America’s role on the global stage over time with emphasis on the post-World War II era. Students study specific policies and military and security commitments as reflections of United States strategic, political, and economic interests, but also how such policies and commitments affect the regions and nations they target. Satisfies Global Issues General Education requirement.
