BIO 207 - Clinical Microbiology and Lab(Cr: 4) This course is the study of the structure, basic physiological and biochemical activities of clinically important microorganisms. The human body’s response to invading microbes and methods of preventing and treating infection will also be studied. Laboratory work will involve growth and examination of common species of bacteria, fungi and protozoa. (Lecture: 3 cr.; Lab: 1 cr.) Must be registered for lecture and lab sections.
