SOC 302 - Social Problems(Cr: 3) The study of deviant behavior, social inequality, societal disorganization, and environmental crises. Emphasis is given to the relation between social problems and the structure and values of modern American society. Current and alternative solutions to societal problems will be analyzed. Satisfies the Social Science core requirement. Prerequisites: SOC 101 and junior year status, or permission of the instructor.
