IST 320 - Comparative Political Models Using case studies and comparative analysis, this course examines political institutions and processes worldwide. Historical, socioeconomic, and ideological factors are considered in the development of various Political systems, their interactions and transformations. The role of regional and global institutions and social movements and their effect on the sovereignty of the nation-state will also be considered. Satisfies the Social Science core requirement.
