Business Administration - Fifth Year, Intensive (Master of Business Administration)


The Fifth Year MBA Program at Endicott College is designed to provide recent college graduates with an intensive, full-time graduate study experience. This program can be completed in 9 months (1 academic year), allowing graduates to quickly earn their MBA and advance their careers.

This program is ideal for individuals who have graduated within the past 2 years and wish to complete their MBA swiftly. It is suited for those who want to leverage their recent academic experience, maintain NCAA Athletic Eligibility, and take advantage of internships or work opportunities while earning graduate credits.

The Fifth Year MBA Program offers an intensive full-time structure, enabling students to complete the MBA in 9 months. It welcomes recent graduates from various academic backgrounds, ensuring diverse perspectives and experiences in the classroom. The program also includes an International Study Class option offering global business insights. Students can also maintain their NCAA athletic eligibility during the program.

Students can tailor their MBA by choosing from a variety of electives, including Arts Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Project Management, Marketing, Real Estate, and Sustainability & Environmental Social Governance (ESG).

Current Endicott students can receive a 20% scholarship and benefit from an accelerated application process, making it easier and more affordable to continue their education at Endicott College.

The Fifth Year MBA Program at Endicott College is structured to meet the needs of recent graduates who are looking to quickly advance their careers through an intensive and comprehensive MBA program.

Total Prerequisites Requirements - 18 Credits


Depending on many variables, all or some prerequisite courses may be waived. Please contact the Associate Dean of Graduate Business programs to determine individual prerequisite courses needed for admission. A Pre-MBA Minor is available under the Undergraduate Business Program as an option for these prerequisites.

Core Courses Requirements- 24 credit


MBA Elective Requirement Options - 12 Credits


Students must choose four electives. Students will have the option of following specialized courses in focus areas of their choice, or the option to pursue 1-2 internship/field study/self-directed courses as part of their electives through courses BUA574/BUA575, as well as two others of their choosing. Students will have an option of selecting across the specialized areas for self-driven elective selections.

Learning Outcomes


At the end of the program, the student will be able to:

  • Articulate leadership theory for professional application in the professional world
  • Apply market research, company evaluations, analysis of situations, and recommendations for solutions to business case analysis projects and/or papers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to articulate current management trends, including cross-cultural and global awareness
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting processes, key financial statements and financial analysis to determine key management decisions quantitatively
  • Demonstrate knowledge of key aspects of the MBA program, finance, accounting, management and leadership knowledge, research, writing and presentation skills
