Business Administration - Experienced Professional (Master of Business Administration)


The Part-Time MBA program at Endicott College is tailored for experienced professionals seeking to advance their careers or transition into the business sector. This program employs a collaborative, applied concepts approach to learning, incorporating strong ethics components, real-time skills, and projects relevant to students’ professions. Faculty with extensive business and management experience bring a dynamic, hands-on approach to real-world problem-solving. The global environment, technological advances, and ethical dimensions of managerial decisions are integral to the MBA curriculum.

Designed for working professionals with at least two years of experience, the program offers flexible enrollment options to balance professional responsibilities with academic pursuits. The program comprises 36 credits, with delivery options including classroom, online, or hybrid formats. Classroom courses typically meet in the evening from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, one night a week, while online courses are delivered asynchronously, providing maximum flexibility.

The Part-Time MBA program features a business and technology-infused curriculum focused on skill development. Accelerated classes are designed to be completed in six weeks, allowing students to finish their degree in 18 months. The program also includes an International Study class option, offering global business perspectives through immersive travel experiences. Personalized advising ensures tailored support for each student’s academic and professional journey.

Students can customize their MBA experience by choosing from a variety of concentrations, including Arts Administration, Entrepreneurship, General Management, Events Management, Global Hospitality Management, Global Management, Healthcare Management, Human Resources Management, Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, and Sustainability and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). This variety ensures students can tailor their education to their career goals and interests.  Through electives, students can upskill and select electives that will provide additional skills and techniques that can be applied real time to their jobs.

For international students, the program provides valuable practical experience opportunities. Upon completion, they are eligible for 1 to 2 semesters of Curricular Practical Training (CPT) during the program and up to 1 year of Optional Practical Training (OPT). These practical experiences are crucial for gaining hands-on skills and enhancing career prospects in the global job market.

Curriculum Requirements - Total Credits Required: 36


Core Courses - 18 Credits


** Students who elect for concentrations in Construction Project Management or Real Estate will take REST550 Construction Project Management instead of ITS575 Agile Project Management.

MBA Concentration Requirements


To complete a concentration in the following areas, students must complete four three-credit courses (for a total of 12 credits) in the area of concentration.

Students may have two concentrations. In order to complete a second concentration, courses used to fulfill the requirements of the first concentration may not be used to meet the requirements of the second concentration. Substitution courses may not be used to satisfy concentration requirements. Students completing the requirements of two concentrations must complete eight three-credit courses (for a total of 24 credits) before the masters degree is awarded.

MBA Elective Requirement Options


Students must complete two three-credit elective courses (for a total of 6 credits). Students have the option to take any concentration course outside of their concentration designation or from the elective options below.

Learning Outcomes


At the end of the program, the student will be able to:

  • Articulate leadership theory for professional application in the professional world
  • Apply market research, company evaluations, analysis of situations, and recommendations for solutions to business case analysis projects and/or papers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to articulate current management trends, including cross-cultural and global awareness
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting processes, financial statements and financial analysis to determine critical management decisions quantitatively
  • Demonstrate knowledge of key aspects of the MBA program, finance, accounting, management and leadership knowledge, research, writing and presentation skills
