Endicott College’s School of Hospitality Management offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management. Hotels provide a venue for multiple components of hospitality services.  Upon completion of this major, students will have both the breadth of the hospitality field and the depth of hotel operations.  Hotels are the equivalent of small corporations with departments such as sales and marketing, human resources, accounting, food and beverage and rooms.  General Managers are CEO’s of their property. This major exposes students to revenue management and the fiscal reality and responsibility of hotel processes and procedures.  Students will be able to explore the functional areas of hotels by having the opportunity to go beyond the scope of the core hospitality business curriculum.

Matriculated students are advised to seek internships in different hotel departments applicable to their career paths.  Les Roches is the preferred study abroad option for students who could receive the Swiss Hotel Management Diploma from Les Roches in conjunction with the Endicott Bachelor degree.  These two credentials will give students a unique competitive advantage in the workforce.

Upon completion of the degree, students will have the necessary business knowledge to function in important hotel managerial roles.
