BUS 337 - Valuation

This course uses a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) approach to value a company’s operating activities. Knowledge of financial accounting statements, and the principles used in their construction (GAAP), are foundational to this course. Extensive use of the footnotes to the financial statements (10K) provides the information necessary to calculate the Free Cash Flows used in the valuation process
