HTM 325 - Managing Technology in the Hospitality Industry

This course will provide an in-depth overview of the impacts technology has in all major sectors of the hospitality industry including: lodging, food and beverage, events and sales and marketing. Using an examination of best practices, security measures, readings and texts, students will be equipped to comprehend and justify the technology packages within all sectors of the industry.
