ENG 110 - Introduction to Professional Writing

Introduces students to the theories, practices, and genres encountered in workplace, organizational, and professional writing situations. Students will learn the theoretical underpinnings of vocational writing and apply those theories to various professional scenarios, producing high quality compositions for realworld situations and complex work environments. Students will also investigate the possibilities of current technologies in the workplace, document design, and collaborative work. Satisfies the Writing Designated Core requirement.
