PSY 321 - Organizational Behavior(Cr: 3)
A comprehensive survey of the dynamics of behavior in organizations. Examines individual and group behavior, motivation, leadership styles, conflict, organizational culture, and the process of change in organizations. Through case studies and group exercise, the course emphasizes an analytical approach. Cross listed with BUS 320.
